You can use a company CSV file and manually upload it to your company suppression lists under your account setting. This is useful if you are using an unsupported CRM or you have been manually maintaining a customer or opportunity list.

Requirements: the CSV file must contain a "website" header to ensure the correct company is being suppressed, or alternatively a "company name" header. Note that only using the website header will ensure that the correct company is being suppressed as multiple companies may fall under the same or similar name.


  1. Go to your account settings in the top menu bar and scroll to the suppression lists
  2. Under the company suppression list section, click on the "Add Companies" dropdown menu and select "Upload File"
  1. Upload your company suppression CSV file that ideally contains a "website" header or alternatively a "company name" header

Personas will then process your CSV file and suppress all the companies going forward.
