The contacts per company per 4 weeks can be set by persona, or for all of your personas. Use this to set an outreach drip cadence to hit your revenue goals. The number of new contacts available to you will be reduced for smaller values an increased for larger ones. The total number of contacts will remain the same.

Typically we recommend settings this value to 5 or lower.

For an individual persona

Go to the persona and click on the persona settings tab. Simply set the "Contacts per Company per 4 Weeks" to your desired value and click save. This will avoid ordering more than the desired contacts per company per 4 weeks for this persona. The estimated new contact count for the persona will automatically be updated.

For all personas

To set the contacts per company for all of your personas, go to your general account settings and simply set the "Default Contacts per Company / 4 Weeks" to the desired value and click save. This will avoid ordering more contacts per company per 4 weeks for any of your personas. The estimated new contact count will automatically be updated accordingly for all your personas, though this may take some time to complete.
