As with any data, some of the contacts will not be 100% up to date, and often depends on the particular persona that you built. We real-time validate contacts when they're ordered, hence the preview having less up-to-date data than the actual data that we'll deliver to you.

Our primary way of validating whether contacts are up-to-date is ensuring their email will work, which means your email reputation will not be affected by this. We'll furthermore try and real-time validate contact titles & companies where possible. If you find any contacts that are out-of-date, we will happily reimburse you for that data. Please just send an email to with the contacts that you found to be outdated or just copy them here in the chat, and we’ll reimburse you!
