As with any data, some of the contacts will not be 100% up to date, and often depends on the particular persona that you built. We real-time validate contacts when they're ordered, hence the preview having less up-to-date data than the actual data that we'll deliver to you.

Our primary way of validating whether contacts are up-to-date is ensuring their email will work, which means your email reputation will not be affected by this. We'll furthermore try and real-time validate contact titles & companies where possible. If you find any contacts that are out-of-date, we will happily reimburse you for that data. Please just send an email to support@gosona.com with the contacts that you found to be outdated or just copy them here in the chat, and we’ll reimburse you!
